The company is managed by Brian Alshaun Hairston, who possess the requisite management skills and experience to successfully run this operation. He brings a strong background in management, operational management, customer service, sales, finance, accounting, and public relations – in both the private and public sectors. While starting in the health and assisted living industry, he will develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and its market dynamics.

Brian is the Chief Executive Officer of the company and brings with him significant business acumen and expertise. Brian is an accomplished, results driven professional with over 5 years of experience as a successful businessman. As a strong team builder with expertise in improving organizational efficiency, instituting cost-reduction measures, strategic planning, brand cultivation, sales operations, and business execution, he excels at achieving unprecedented results and growth. Under his astute leadership, Mansa Homes, Inc. will grow into one of the largest independent living companies in Alabama.

Prior to founding Mansa Homes, Inc., Brian was a Principal Tools Engineer at Collins Aerospace which is an American technology company that is one of the world’s largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products. He was recruited as a software tools compliance specialist for the digital technologies division of the company and was responsible for completely revamping the division’s compliance approach to safeguard against any security flaws in software. Prior to his transition to Collins Aerospace, Brian had worked for its parent company, Raytheon Technologies and graduated from its Leadership Development Program in 2011. He also owns and operates Mansa Lawn Care, L.L.C. Brian holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in General Computer Science from North Carolina A&T State University.
